The Sunrise Welded Seam Elbow
Unlike every other galvanized and painted galvanized elbow on the market — 72° and offset — Sunrise elbows are fully welded. The same construction used in copper, now in steel. No folds, no weak points, just a solid seam that won't separate.
The Sunrise Half Round Bay Miter
Sunrise bay miters are made in galvanized steel — not aluminum or galvalume like the standard bay miters on the market.
If you're using the European half round system, those miters are too short in the back due to the deeper profile of the European half round gutters. So we made a bay miter that actually fits.

The Sunrise Pipe Outlet
Before Sunrise Half Round outlets, a common issue in the market was outward‑tilting pipe outlets that created an awkward fit under the gutter—hurting both appearance and performance.
Sunrise Half Round solved this with a custom-molded outlet that sits back about one inch and features a slight inward angle for a better fit. The design fully engages the gutter's front bead, eliminating the kicked-out look. A slimmer, longer body reduces visual bulk while maintaining a tight and secure connection.
