The Unique Design of the Sunrise Pipe Outlet
Before I started manufacturing my own Sunrise Half Round outlets, I noticed a common issue in the market: standard pipe outlets often tilt outward from buildings by a few degrees, causing an awkward fit under the gutter. This not only affected the appearance but also compromised the functionality.
To solve this, I designed a custom mold for my pipe outlets with an inward angle, ensuring a seamless fit with the gutter system. Our outlets fully engage with the gutter front bead, providing a secure, clean, and professional installation every time.
